Hey Guys,
The market had a big red day on Friday. The S&P 500 came down 50 points and didn't recover any ground over the weekend.
Most of my stock positions are down right now as a result. My options positions have been resilient for the most part, though.
I picked up new positions this morning. In the main account, I bought stock for GPS as well as options for DDOG. In the options account, I bought options for GPS. In the double down account, I bought stock for NVO.
That NVO purchase was interesting because I put in an order immediately after the opening bell, but it didn't fill right away despite meeting the order conditions. It took almost a minute before it finally filled. That doesn't occur very often, but every once in a while I see it happen. In this case, it worked out in my favor because the price of NVO went down as I waited for my fill.
If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear from you.
