Hey Guys,
The market is still holding its ground since last week's gains. The S&P 500 is around 4,200 right now. A lot of times after a breakout like that, the price might go sharply in one direction or another. But it's done neither so far and is just kind of hanging out at this new price level.
I locked in a couple profits this morning in the main account (SAP and MDT), which is a much better start to the week than I had last week for that account. And on Friday after my daily email, my DKNG options reached their profit target.
I picked up a couple new positions today. In the main account, I bought stock for MDLZ, and in the options account, I bought the options for it.
I have a lot of positions in the Consumer Defensive sector, so I'm a little exposed to the direction of that industry this week, for better or worse. That sector includes companies like Pepsi, Hershey's, and Colgate-Palmolive.
If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear from you.
