Hey Guys,
The market showed strength yesterday and posted a nice green bar, but then all those gains got wiped out overnight and the S&P 500 is back a bit below where it started yesterday.
I had three more trades reach profit targets: my option trade for WYNN and my stock trades for TTWO and PDD.
That PDD trade was especially fun because it made such a big comeback. Initially, it went against me noticeably and kind of settled in there for a few days. It didn't look like it had any life at that point. But I didn't have any knee jerk reactions or discretionarily pull the plug or anything like that. Instead, I simply stuck to the plan, as I always do. And it paid off after the stock turned on the jets and jumped up to the profit target.
That's what I love about my approach: the map is all laid out in front of me. I just have to follow the directions. Each trade has very clear rules for when to exit, and I simply follow the rules.
There were two new trades today in the stocks account. They were for TXN and WEC. There haven't been any new option trades yet today, but I have buy limit orders set up for the options at the top of the watch list.
Both my DD option positions reached their time limits today. I'll be manually closing those near the end of the trading session today unless they reach their profit targets first.
If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear from you.
