Yesterday, the market gave up all of the gains it had made on Wednesday, which equated to a 50-point drop in the S&P 500. This morning, it moved up a bit and the S&P 500 is around 5,600 right now.
My EQR stock position hit its profit target yesterday. And the two option positions that reached their time limits yesterday both ended up with a profit.
That gives me a win-loss record of 11-0 this week. That's fun to see, especially considering the big market drop yesterday. My options account gained 8.4% this week, and is up 12.9% over the last two weeks.
I took on a couple two trades today. I bought a stock position for Applied Materials in the main account. And I bought the options for Applied Materials in the options account. I also picked up some Microsoft positions midway through yesterday's trading session.
