The market is holding its gains this morning and even pushing higher. The price of the S&P 500 is now at the 4500 level, which is 100 points higher than it was for most of last week.
I closed a couple of positions for profits today. My ADP options reached their profit target this morning. I also closed my BRO stock position from the low-priced account since it reached its time limit. That one was a very small profit (basically breakeven), but it actually feels pretty good since that position had been down big just a couple days ago.
I picked up a couple new positions in the low-priced account today: EQNR and COLD. There hasn't been any new activity in the main account or extra options account in the last couple days.
I have a few options positions that are reaching their time limits today. I'll be closing those at the end of the trading day if they don't reach a profit or stoploss before then. The XLV option trade is almost at a full profit. The LLY option trade took a turn in the wrong direction today -- somehow with the whole market going up, that one went against the trend and went down. But I'll wait to see how it ends up by the end of the day.
